Laughable. They will put off anything covered under warranty as long as they can, telling you the car is fine, and then take you to the cleaners once your warranty is up. Extensive estimates for everything except what we needed. If you like to get charged roughly 4x more than anywhere else in town, well then by all means go get ripped off here.

Extremely disappointed with the purchase of my new RAV4... I had ordered my cat and was told via an email I would receive an additional $1000 on my trade in, however, when I went to pick up my vehicle, Aubrey Alexander only offered 1/2 of said amount. The salesman had provided me very poor orientation to the vehicle (hybrid limited with many bells and whistles)... and had no clue what button to push when in snow. The gentleman he was orienting looked it up on his cell phone. The vehicle had no wind shield washer fluid and to top it all off, I drove 35 min to my home WITHOUT a license plate! (The orientee drove it to my house and was able to get my radio connected to my phone correctly at that time) I have made at least 10 calls to General Manager and have yet to have my call returned. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life and have never experienced such poor customer service.

The technicians are sloppy and untrained. The assistant service manager covers for them by lying to the customer about the completed service. Especially when it comes to alignment. He would flash a printout with all the wheels in green indicating that the alignment was good when it wasn't. He doesn't give you the printout. The technician didn't like my floor mat, so threw it away. One felt that installing brake shims that weren't installed before was beneath him. So he broke the plastic rocker panel because it was in his way. I will never go there again for even the simplistic work. Let alone for something like a Prius head gasket.

One of the most disappointing purchase experiences of my life (and yes, I've purchased both new and used vehicles previously). I wouldn't recommend patronage here for anyone. Wish I would've given more credence to the older low ratings for this dealership. I don't know if it's something involving gender and bias or if it's an all around disregard for respect and due diligence. That being said selling a vehicle with a mechanical power-train issue and not verifying the condition of a vehicle, especially when explicitly asked it be serviced before receipt, is in my opinion negligent or a form of information withholding which isn't acceptable and could be construed by some as fraudulent in some manner. I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle had I known there wasn't a diligence by sales to verify the vehicle condition and proper disclosure of mileage, accessories (missing second key), pride of presentation, also the diminished value. Finding out after the fact or via a state inspection of issues or missing items is not acceptable behavior, even in the car sales arena. Additional note: They did pick up the vehicle for repair, which turned out to be under the manufacturer power-train warranty, took a really long time to get it completed (2-3 weeks). Additionally, the loaner was not only not comparable, but was also in poor mechanical and physical condition, but was also dirty on the inside (I didn't feel safe). Also, when I did finally receive my vehicle back from the repair not only did they not provide the receipt/record of repair but the vehicle was not clean, specifically the interior (which is just icing on the cake, given that it was clean when picked up for repair). Really, I didn't ask for anything unusual, just basic respect and integrity. Finally, when the first sales person did call me back (sales) they actually scolded and spoke down to me, as though I was stupid and I was at fault because of their lack of due diligence, instead of trying to come to a reasonable resolution with respect. Management's response was placating and condescending without action or resolution. Action is as important as words and inaction, lip service and disrespect of customers speak volumes. Service staff were professional in my interactions with them. Disclaimer: Based on a personal experience, feelings and opinions as supported by the actual events and findings documented by the state inspection process. The vehicle, from date of purchase until completed repair was only driven home and to a state inspection where issues were immediately noted. Why this dealership didn't make the effort to check the vehicle condition (explicitly requested by the way) before sale I can't say, but the entire experience was a true disappointment.

Went to shop and test drive a RAV4 and Thomas and his crew made it a great experience. They even gave us a loaner so we could pick up our son from the bus stop and then return to complete our purchase of the RAV4. I recommend this dealership to my friends who are in the market for any vehicle.

What a great experience. Kyle is the 1st honest used car salesman I have encountered. We set up the whole purchase over the phone, my wife and I made a 200 mile trip, and it was worth the time and fuel to get a quality used Jeep. I will definitely look here 1st for the next vehicle I buy because they earned my trust.

First visit to the dealership today to explore my options as my 2017 RAV lease was expiring. To be honest I was not sure any dealership could come close to the level of service at my dealership in Tulsa. I was pleasantly surprised. I had an excellent experience at Aubrey Alexander Toyota. Kenyon Knorr was great to work with. I love my new car. I love the deal I got. Check them out if you are looking for a new or used car.
