Absolute rat-league business. Unable to comprehend or follow simple written instructions or to prepare a truck for pickup that was reserved 6 days in advance. We scheduled a 24/7 Uhall for 6:00 AM pickup and were not able to get the truck until 9:30 AM due to their failure. This cost us not only 3 and 1/2 hours of moving time but also money we had invested in moving assistance. Go elsewhere.

Rented numerous times a 12' enclosed TRAILER to move out of my house. Washington pa and west mifflin pa u-haul dealers were excellent. Both are 5 star.
