Wait 3 days all day to get my window replaced for the guy to not show up when he said he would. Customer service was no help. Would not use this company again.Service: Auto glass replacement

My appointment was scheduled for last Wednesday and they pick up the wrong windshield. So i was rescheduled for yesterday and the tech. went home sick, so insteady of getting another tech. that would be able to install my windshieldthat night i would expect at minimum the next day to get my windshield installed but instead they didnt get me scheduled muntil Friday. That is just unacceptable and will NOT recommend them to anybody!!!

Amazing Job Lou!! The price was OVER $100 cheaper than safelite and they did not charge for the mobile service like safelite does.

They are all business.They gave me an immediate, accurate quote over the telephone. They told me the day that they would come to my home to replace my windshield. The morning of that day, the technician called, and told me when he would arrive. He arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. He quickly replaced my windshield. It was perfect when he finished. He processed my credit card on my front porch, and emailed my receipt directly to my email. I would recommend this company to my family members, in fact, I will.
