“Yes this is a small post office, excellent for getting stamps and money orders r only 79 cents. They do except debit for money orders. Staff is kind and it’s convenient if u need to shop. I use them every time when I shop! It’s saves time and money.”
“I have lived near and used this post office regularly for over 10 years. It was always an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Today I enjoyed my visit to post a bulk mailing for our community. “Had a Sunday delivery dropped at my door. Came out to get it and there was a dog treat on top of my package. I checked my door camera and the mail lady turned back around after hearing my dog barking and she left the surprise for my dog. So sweet!”

“I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”
