I would like to thank the 3 men that helped out on a wreck on rt 73 sunday9/10!! I'm the home owner and they helped us clean our yard backup. It meant a lot to us. They where very caring. Sorry I didn't think to get your names. Thank you so much.

Moved into a lower of a duplex. They couldn't even get the billing sorted out for 4 months . Finally thought they had it sorted. Two weeks ago our upstairs neighbors moved out. People's shut off OUR gas instead. 3 service calls (workers on site) in, all claiming to have resolved it, still no gas. No hot water, nothing. Rude and ineffective customer service, no resolution. Called billing for a credit, was told that was not a billing issue. STILL waiting for a call from a supervisor. Would NEVER choose them if there was a choice. Horrible .

Let me just set the record straight...I have treated these representatives with nothing but respect and they in return have treated me with nothing but respect. Every representative I have spoken to and every person that has came to my house was on time, extremely polite, positively thorough , informative and I appreciate their patience they exert to each individual customer. I have had nothing but pleasant and friendly experiences with everyone that represents this company/corporation and I look forward to the next positive interaction...Thank you for all the difficult work you do and the extremely touchy explosive situations you are put through everyday that you show up for work....much respect for risking your lives to keep our families and especially our children safe....I wish I could give 10 stars....that's how appreciative I am... I think if you give respect ..you get it...but I only am speaking of my situation because I can't speak for anyone else's ...I am not the spokesperson for anyone but myself.
Working with the public and then coming home to your own family creates many people with various needs and one person can not be expected to grant all those wishes....I'm sorry to those that had negative reviews and I pray you can experience the great treatment that this company has shown to me and my family but I also gave respect and kindness first ....just thank you in my situation...obviously I can't say it enough....Keep your heads up and keep up the good work...thanks a million.

Bad customer service. Said my budget agreement never included the bill so all bills after are late even though they have all been paid on time.

My daughter and roommate moved into an apartment in monessen. People's gas said it would be a week before they could turn their gas heat on. REALLY??? Poor management and let's leave people without heat when it's getting cold because you have a monopoly in the area. Bad buisness practice to say the least.
