Great place to store your precious belongings. This place is actually climate and humidity controlled. Unlike other places that advertise climate control and your things mold and mildew.The service is great, and there's lots of security features.

Riverfront Self Storage is an excellent self storage facility in New Orleans! It is a very clean facility with a helpful manager. It's all climate controlled. I like the unloading area in the back of the facility so you don't have to worry about street parking. It's also very secure. I highly recommend renting a unit here,

This is an okay storage unit with a horrendous staff. I moved out and threw away a bed, propping it up next to the nearest dumpster. Later that day, I get a furious call from the staff accusing me of illegal dumping and I responded that I'll come move the bed. My car is in the shop, and I couldn't get a friend to take me that next day, so I get 4-5 angry calls and voice mails from the staff, threatening to call the police and stating its an emergency they get in touch with me, they even call my emergency contact stating its urgent that they need to reach me. Seriously? So, I go back...less than 48 hours after moving and literally move the bed 50 feet to the next dumpster over, all to avoid any further harassment from this curmudgeonly staff. Even if I should have put the bed in the dumpster, rather than next to it, there is no excuse to treat anyone like this, let alone a paying customer!
