Just found out the car I have been asking about for the past 6 months has not yet been fixed.. I found out it was ABONNDEND... I said if your not fixing it I'll sell it to put the money toward my cremation. I have stage 4 throat and lung cancer facing a full larynegctomy . It May extend my life by 1-2 years (38%) chance after intense physical therapy. Talk box, relearn how to swallow, breat with a stoma, etc... Now the place that has the car is billing me. I hope there health is better than mine. If not I hope they get treated the way I have been. I have using them, or should I say, they have been using me since 1978... I am 5ft 3&1/2, My receipts over that time frame are taller. Thanx alot for making my remaining time with my family SO PLEASENT. Can't do less than Zero as a rating, Heavy sigh. Wish i had that option in real life

won’t be leaving much of a review becuase i was raised that if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything , hope that plus the 1 star tells you everything you need to know … EDIT my car was not towed nor impounded , so yes assuming.

I've gone to Lenzi's Service Station for help about a dozen times now, for jumpstarts, tows, and miscellaneous fixes. Their receptionists have always been really pleasant to speak with and their services have been quick and affordable. I really appreciate their help. Thank you!!

I've been getting vehicles serviced and repaired here for 38 years and I'm still a customer so that should say a LOT about the quality of work and customer service and here's a true story to back this statement up...My father-in-law passed away about 6 months ago and my mother-in-law needed to have her car serviced because she thought something just wasn't quite right. I've been repairing and maintaining my own vehicles since I was 15 years old working on cars with my dad and I took it for a ride and didn't feel or see anything wrong except for a hole in the muffler, nor did my scan tool show any codes on the engine or transmission. So she took it to another shop in town that her husband trusted and felt comfortable with to get a second opinion... Well, it turns out they quoted her over $10,000 to get her 2017 Ford fusion repaired... So after they gave her the quote and sent pictures of what they said needed repaired, we had the car towed to Lenzis so they could do another inspection... Turns out that after going through the car for a couple of days, the end result was a $289 repair and replacement of the resonator on the car and that's it... From 10K to under $300...This is why their parking lot is swamped full of cars all day every day...Great people, great quality of work and EXCELLENT customer service equals one of the BEST places to have your car repaired or serviced...

I can't give this place enough stars. I've used them for years. I remember being an 18 year old girl taking my truck there and the mechinac actually taking me out in the shop to show me what was wrong with my truck. Recently had 2 trucks serviced there. The lady on the phone was always super nice, they are quick to get you in and out and keep you updated. They also worked with me with dropping off/picking up and made the whole process very convenient. I will deffinitely recommend them to anyone i know.

They didn't fill up enough oil after oil changeEngine oil sensor light came . I have to fill up two quarts of oil .

Just got my truck. Inspected there two days later need new rotors. Need new brake pads they didn't tell us we need a brake pads so now the pads eight the rotors I will not go there again worst place ever.
