“I really love the staff and being greeted by my first name. I walked in and opened an account right after I got discharged and with a feeding tube. I will never forget the empathy and compassion. Through the years they have worked and been fair to me. My only complaint would be the Mac machine in town. I wish we could make deposits in other locations especially when the Mac machine is down which seems to be often. The fees that attach due to not being able to make deposits is unfair. Not one of us should be charged when this happens as this is the only machine in town that takes the cash deposit. I do appreciate the early paycheck that is deposited into accounts. This really helps make life a little bit easier. I only wish that I am alerted about the deposits. I of course have signed up to receive the alerts but it doesn’t often work. Thank you for the kindness of the tellers. If no one says it I appreciate each one of you.”
