“Our experience at Bradley Michaels has been great. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. Many high-quality items made in the USA that take some time to receive, but worth the wait. Even delivery was a good experience.”

After deciding what we wanted, she took care of us and showed us every courtesy. I would gladly refer family and friends to her. “My Dryer suddenly stopped heating up on 10/12/23. I went down to HA and spoke with Carla about buying a new one. She checked and informed me that I still have a warranty on the dryer. A team arrived on the 17th. Seamless operation. Alex and Josh were great...even measured my opening for a new refrigerator. Great service.”

They were able to work with us & find something that fit. We also ended up ordering our bed set which we hadn’t planned on but were happy to get taken care of.”
“We stumbled upon this place after searching for a vanity for our 3rd bathroom. They are a scratch and dent supplier. We were greeted by two ladies at the front. The one walked us back to the vanity's and explained the color code sticker layout. Some of them were chipped or cracked or damaged in some type of way but it was blatantly obvious and properly marked, didn't feel like they were trying to hide any damage. We ended up finding a soft close vanity at a very reasonable price. I did see some washers and toilets for sale as well when browsing. They are cash only and have an undetectable "no hold policy." There is an ATM across the street within walking distance though so no big deal if you didn't bring cash. The two ladies even helped load the item into our vehicle! Great costumer service! We will be back.”

“You really can't beat the convenience of having a full-size Target store in the mall. This is the only typical shopping mall I've ever seen such a box store in, too! Everything you'd expect -- electronics, toiletries, foods, clothes, toys, etc. I visited on a Saturday, so I give them the benefit of the doubt as it was very busy and crowded, but many of the shelves were bare. So many things were missing, or were low on stock, as they just needed to be replenished. When I did go to check out, I used the self-check option. I had a problem as I accidentally rang one item twice. Fortunately a helpful service attendant was right by to assist!”
“Covid has made everything difficult but I found shopping at this Target to be a good experience. The staff was still helpful and I could find everything that I needed. The store was clean and it was easy to get in and out.”
