The purchasing process was smooth but the delivery really blew us away. They were on time, professional, set up and cleaned up our refrigerator within 15 minutes. Wish it didn't take a bad review to get a resolution (I asked inside for a way to avoid the fee and the rep from customer service hung up on me when I asked but they're not the store.)Original review: I was charged a bogus $50 "activation fee" just to move my SIM card from one phone to another. I explained that I've never had to pay one and that $50 is way too high to move a sim, they told me it used to be $25 but they raised it. Doubling a fee isn't normal inflation. I later discovered that I've never paid it because it's FREE online. I thought my sim was malfunctioning which was why I went in.Her system was down so I had to patiently wait FOREVER just to have her do something I could have done myself FOR FREE in minutes. She could have said hey so you don't have to wait here an hour, your sim is fine and you can just go online and activate it for free. But no she had me sit there forever, did not inform me of the fee ahead of time, and then sprung it on me right at the end.If you want to get ripped off by a store with a broken system, sign up here. $50 to waste your time.”

Also no longer lines to wait in. In n out the door quick and very happy. Love the hazelnut coffee. Keep up the great work!”

“I stopped by Verizon after my phone suffered a fatal fall. It was 2 days before Christmas and quite busy. Dylan helped me find and purchase a new phone. I was impressed by his professionalism, technical knowledge and friendliness. He was incredibly patient with me as I bombarded him with questions. Even though it was the busiest time of year he took his time while explaining features and the new terms of my contract. I never felt rushed and even had some laughs as we chatted throughout the encounter. It was a great experience.”

“Great staff, pleasant ever time I come in. The store is always kept clean and stocked well. They also carry a good deal of off the wall brands like Jones soda, and Dad's Rootbeer. I have never had any issues with their soda fountain or slurpee machine. All in all, great place.”

“I had an issue, so decided to make the local stop. Things were busy, things were hectic, and the effort required to see through so many issues with T-Mobile service showed in the staff.
Having said that, they were all rockstars.
They were as optimistic as could be reasonably expected. They attended a queue of customers filtering in as equitably as they could. They delegated tasks and worked to see everyone as best as they could.
Really, they're the stars of the show. A simple issue on the T-Mobile service side had almost thoroughly shot my day. But, the people here were able to turn it around.
You may not get a perfect, white-glove service experience, but that's not what this is. This is the local store, with local talent, doing what it can.
And in my case, it was a huge help. Thanks guys!”

“Just had OLED TV installed in a recess above the fireplace. This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. I would recommend Voss TV to everyone I know for great sales (Matt and Rick) thru perfect installation. This is a First Class experience from beginning to end !!!”
