So far they have lost 3 packages I’ve mailed out from there, 1 package that was being sent to me they marked as delivered to my door (I was here and never got it). I actually now drive to any other town to mail packages.

The mail carrier consistently leaves my storm door open without shutting it allowing cold air to come in. The Postmaster does nothing about it. He opens the mailbox doors and shuts them with posts in the ground, but he refuses to close my storm door. How lazy can you get.

I love this post office! My daughter goes to college in Monessen & we got her a P.O. Box to receive packages. Cindy was so sweet & helpful. Every time my daughter goes there, they're all so nice to her. My daughter is far from home so we appreciate all the kind people in the Monessen area! Thank you.
