“I stopped by Verizon after my phone suffered a fatal fall. It was 2 days before Christmas and quite busy. Dylan helped me find and purchase a new phone. I was impressed by his professionalism, technical knowledge and friendliness. He was incredibly patient with me as I bombarded him with questions. Even though it was the busiest time of year he took his time while explaining features and the new terms of my contract. I never felt rushed and even had some laughs as we chatted throughout the encounter. It was a great experience.”
