You'd think that a verizon store could solve all your phone problems, turns out they only have the same tools and software that you already have in your phone. The main purpose of the store is to put you on a plan, sell you phones and apps. Now some of the people there are knowledgeable but if you're having problems that they can't figure out, you're on your own. I literally had to cancel an entire plan and start over with a whole new plan that costs 20$ more per month because they couldn't solve my issue. Only go there if you want to start a plan or buy a new phone for your plan.

Was very helpful at first but ended up lying to me that they had gotten my numbers ported over. Led me to believe he had done everything properly wasn't until I got my new xfinity bill I realized I was just using my xfinity phone with a verizon Sim card.

Went to a Verizon licensed store in Washington it was an authorized retailer. Well that was a mistake. At first one associate started to help me. My internal speaker was not working. He wanted to sell me another phone. When I decided I didn’t want that. He asked if I had insurance on phone. Which I did. Then a couple came in that he was helping earlier and he passed me off to another associate who really didn’t seem like they were interested in helping me. So I decided to leave that store and head to the store in Monaca where I bought my phone and have done business there for the past 20 years. I explained to the associate what was happening with my internal speaker he pointed me to another associate who took my phone and cleaned the cover on the speaker and now it’s working great. I wish I would’ve have gotten both of their names. Stand up people with great customer service. So long story short I didn’t need to replace my phone at all. Just needed some love on the internal speaker. That is the reason why I will remain a Verizon customer.

The week has not been good to me in a laugh out loud it sucked kind of way!! Not that it is new but I will be a mother if here it is Friday and I shattered the one thing that holds us all together, my iPhone! I was a mess to say the least and I am not sure if it was that I had to give up my phone or that I had to "GIVE UP THIS PHONE?" As I apologized to Liam for wiping snot on my sleeve, few tears for the phone. You all know that feeling too, men and women alike. But LIAM was there to metaphorically scoop me up, and save me! In all seriousness Liam never once allowed me to apologize for being upset or crying like a lil baby LOL. He continued to assist me even though at every turn we seemed to fail. "Pin? Huh?" Yeah, neither account manager can remeber that at this time so next?
Thanks Liam for being such an excellent human to me today. Verizon is lucky to have you. Your "There's always a way" attitude will allow you to thrive. I paid the low amount oif a c-note with the Verizon insurance, but that is because I did break the back. Let's just say that my signifcant other stated "I am surprised it lasted this long!!" when I mentioned my whereabouts. THANKS LIAM!!!!

The employee we worked with did not listen to what we needed help with. He made assumptions without confirming and verifying information. After getting into our account we saw an authorization that the employee told us we lied about. It was very rude. He did not confirm our ID, social security, etc. He assumed we were lying and turned us away.

Usually coming in for an upgrade on my phone is an anxiety-inducing experience with a lot of unexpected fees and spending, but Rudy ensured the process went very smoothly for me. Not only was he able to get me some discounts on my bill, but he also was able to get me a new phone for free as well as give my daughter my old one, making the whole experience much less cost than expected. I really appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to find me the best deals possible, most wireless sellers just want to make as much money as they can off you but I didn't feel any pressure this time around. This was especially meaningful to me because I was in the middle of a very costly move. Really appreciated Rudy's commitment to the customer experience. Thanks, Rudy!

Was greeted promptly upon entering the store. The folks working there are very knowledgeable and work diligently to fix whatever issue(s) you're experiencing and do what they can to resolve it/them.
