Avoid at all costs! I was originally quoted a hundred and seventy dollars and one week to fix the screen. After the one week, I was told that they ordered the wrong screen and I would have to wait another week. Upon completion, I was told it was too ten before taxes.I had to pull up the recorded conversation before I was finally given the quoted price. When I got home, I found the damage to my computer that I hadn't noticed probably because I was distracted by trying to get the price I was quoted. There's a crack, a screw missing. Got a replacement screw and found out the part it threads into is broke off that's why the screw was missing. So to summarize, they tried to cheat me by overcharging me, took an extra week, broke my equipment and never told me about it. You're welcome to triuma your own risk just don't say you weren't warned.

I dropped off my laptop computer, and ideapad the same day to have both screens repaired.
The very next day both of my devices were repaired and ready for pickup. Both of my devices are now operational. Thanks to the technicians that repaired it for me. They were also very professional. If you have a technical device that needs repaired, I highly recommend this crew.

My smartphone got run over and the screen was totally shattered. They did a great job transferring ALL of the content into my new phone! They had me on my way within 3½hrs start to finish!!??

I did not have a successful experience with this store. I took in a Galaxy A 54 phone with a broken screen. They did not have the replacement part in stock. After 1 week, 1 wrong part order, 3 delayed shipments and a claim that the Samsung web site was down and they couldn't replace the part, I demanded my phone back. Seemed like this repair was beyond their abilities and they were making excuses. No stars.

Your Rep, Luke, at Monaca,PA was very courteous, seemed to listen attentively to my questions and concerns. He was pleasant and was able to speak directly to my device concerns. When I return to that office, I ask for Luke, knowing that my device are in good hands.
