The best store. I think this is exactly what the owners wanted with this concept. I have been going to this store for a while and always had a great experience. Entire staff is friendly and do a great job as far as I have seen. Sometimes they are busy and you do have to wait a little bit, but that tells me a lot of other people like it there also. I request (Mia) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to cut my hair and it is exactly how I want it every time. I think the price is fair for the experience you get. I highly recommend this store!

First and last time I’ll send my son in to this place. He’s a person with a disability and on a fixed income and paid $30 for a 2/3 fade. They didn’t tell him ahead of time that rinsing his hair would cost extra! He gets a $12 haircut! RIDICULOUS!! Never again!

The place is BUSY, so I recommend downloading the app and putting yourself in the queue virtually. The past few times I have been there, the timing is pretty accurate.The stylists are personable. You can opt for the max treatment using hot towels and a theragun massage. If that’s what you like, it’s a few extra bucks.

I had scheduled with a specific stylist because her availability met my lunch hour needs. When I got to the store I waited for 15 minutes past my appt time and asked if the stylist was there and found out the manager had sent the stylist out to the bank and told me it would be another 10-15 minutes maybe for her to return. Needless to say I wasted my lunch hour.
