Very nice store ,got lots of pig ears for pup,but would recommend calling 1st they sell lots and they go quick,lots of tellers to check out very rare anymore in this biden/harris time,everyone very hepfull,largest rural king i have every seen,keep up the good work 5 stars

Rural King usually has some good deals and often has special buys with reduced pricing. I shop here often for general items for my home or garden. They're a little cheaper then the other local feed stores. The store has improved over all since they hired new management. I knocked one star off because their chicken feed quality went down. My hens lay noticably less than on the private label feed at Family Farm and Home.

Price is right. All I have to say. Twice as much bird seed for less than half we pay anywhere else. 80 K-cups for $20!?!?!? Love this place love it!

If I can give 0 stars I would, I've lived in monaca for over a year now. Almost everytime I go in you have dead baby chickens. Today we found 10 of them, when I spoke to the manager Amanda. Her words were " I don't care, birds die. It's signed off that the area were clean" yet there's 10 decomposing baby birds. Shame on you. If you sell live animals at least take care of them before going to forever homes.

I go to the center at the mall just to find out that due to them being slow with business they have the side entrance gate locked,well I have trouble walking and get around using a rollator walker and I think they should have that side entrance open for customers to come in no matter what

We have been loyal rural king customers for several years now and have always spoken highly of it. Especially the chicks as we found they were healthier than chicks we purchased from tractor supply.We purchased 12 chicks on Sunday. Within 24 hours we lost 6 chicks. I called our local rural king (Monaca, Pa) immediately and was informed that we could come in anytime in the next 7 days with a receipt and they would honor replacements.We came in this afternoon for replacements are were informed they no longer honor 7 days and have not in a while. I explained I spoke to a woman in customer service and I was told differently. The employee asked the manager for guidance and she was extremely rude and provided us some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.The loss of half our chicks was tramatic and poorly bt handled customer service which poured salt into the wound.Additionally it's a 45 minute drive one way for these chicks. Had I known I was going to need to pay a second time I would have thought twice. I will be taking this situation into consideration when making any purchasing, as another similar store is far closer to our home.
