I looked in the training class. Trainer wasn't giving any instruction. Disappointed seeing so many leash pops by the owners.

I really enjoy PetSmart however the prices seem to get getting a little outrageous and it seems every PetSmart is understaffed. It can be quite a wait at times to get service. However the staff they do have ate wonderful,kind,and courteous!
