The two times I have needed computer help, Performance PC has been incredible. They are friendly, efficient, and honest. I highly recommend them and if my laptop ever needs a third issue resolved (hopefully not!), I will be going right back to them.

I have used Steve and/or Justin for some years now. They are very competent, responsible, honest, and are good with returning phone calls, [ and also coming as promised for any necessary home visit.] This a.m we were able to switch from Xfinity internet [and its bundled TV package] to a small device for local channels, My Internet service was also switched over successfully, and they always school me on how to handle different issues with my computers. [but are gracious to return calls to help me when I have an issue online with either my Mac or iPad. Thanks, guys!!!!!Appreciate this business very much!!

My email inquiry had a response within 30 minutes. They gave me a detailed response regarding what my repair options were and informed me what their business hours were for drop-off.I dropped off my laptop same-day and they offered to expedite the repair for same-day pickup. I was taken aback by how far above and beyond their customer service is. Unfortunately I was in a rush so I couldn't wait for the repair and had to pick it up the next-day. The bill was far less than I expected.I'll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff, are computer wizards, and make you feel like you're getting a family & friends discount.I drove over an hour one-way just for the peace of mind.

Hi we have used PC Performance several times now and they have gone above and beyond. They helped us to recycle our old computer as a courtesy. This is why they were the first place we called when our new desktop was having issues they fixed theses issues in a timely manner and then while I was there picking it up they even helped me with my iPhone. Great place !
