Don't waste your time. I personally have purchased furniture from here and referred my Mom, who has been waiting 10 weeks for dining room set and they could still not give us a delivery date! The only good thing is that they cancelled the order so she can find a table elsewhere. Reading the previous reviews show that this is an ongoing problem for many of their customers.Greg and Frank… quick customer service lesson.1. Communicate with your customers. Call them and have a solution… customers should not have to call you each time their delivery date goes by with no delivery.2. Apologize. Humble yourself and take ownership of the problem. We kept getting “the run around” it’s the shipping company or the manufacturers fault.3.Accommodate. Try to offer a similar item that you actually can deliver. How about a discount or even a future discount just to show your care.

Bought a sofa from Mckinney’s 6 mths ago. I paid $1450 for it. It is being sold at Big Lots now for $599.99. Totally discusted . Will never buy from them again.

Had a chair delivered to my mother who just recently got out of the hospital from having a double bypass surgery. The people who work for McKinney's Furniture who delivered the furniture did not wear a mask and we're so brazen enough to say they were not vaccinated that they were strong and healthy and one even bragged that his kids were not vaccinated either for covid! One even went so far to say he doesn't even get the flu shot! I called up the store to find out why this is so especially when dealing with the general public and the manager Rick says he's not going to force his employees to wear mask when dealing with the public! Sorry but if you're not vaccinated for covid and you're dealing with the public even as far as going into their homes to deliver furniture then God damn it you're employees better be masked because you're going into people's homes not vaccinated! So let me say, if something happens to my mother after this incident today and because two employees went into her home not masked and not vaccinated, I don't care if they were not Vaccinated but damn it they should have been wearing a damn mask and if something happens to my mother because of this incident today I will look forward to talking to my attorney and suing this company!!!!!

I was shopping for a new couch I have a small apartment so I have a very specific measurement that I need for my couch when I walked in I was video calling with my fiance who is out of the country at the time. She wanted to shop with me for the new couch so we were on a video call looking at the couches together. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an older woman with white or gray hair I didn't catch the name. She askedme what I was looking for I told her we were looking for couches and that I had my fiance on the phone and we were shopping together so to speak. She said reclining couches was on one side and non reclining were on the other side I said thank you. I started to look the store is very big it does have a lot of nice furniture but it is a very big store 2 minutes later she approached me again and asked if I had any questions I didn't even get a chance to see half of the store yet so again I said not at this time, about10 minutes later my fiance and I found two couches that we were looking at and they fit ours very specific requirements we like the color we just had questions about pricing, financing, delivery, etc the normal stuff that you would ask questions about in a furniture store. The sales associate ignored me at that point and stayed on the phone I gave her some time thinking she would finish up her phone call and then come over and talk to me and answer some of my questions it took another 5 minutes and an elderly couple to walk in for her to quickly jump off the phone and run to them and when I was trying to get her attention she ignored me and went back onto the phone I'm very disappointed with the sales experience. I understand that me being on my phone that the sales associate may have thought she didn't want to be rude or I was being rude but I did explain that it was a video call and that it was my fiance and I shopping together. I might stop back later and try again and hopefully I will be able to edit this review to a positive one.

Editing my post…Original post….Was told my order would be in by August. Then told it would be another 6 weeks even though I was told the furniture was at warehouse. A warehouse delivery wasn’t going to happen for 6-7 weeks. Got the run around on the phone. Lady who answers the phone never called back. Only one person tried to help. They are very willing to sell the furniture and tell you it will be in but that is not the case. Moving out of state and will need to figure out how to get my furniture now. Disappointed.After my post I received a call and they are going to make things work for us. Thank you. We have purchased from McKinney in the past and have always been very satisfied with both service and quality. It is one of the first places we go when looking for furniture in the area. Again thank you for keeping a satisfied customer and making this right. I have changed my review.

Two years ago (February 2019) I bought two power motion recliners (Best Home Furnishing brand). Justin and team made it a quick and easy process. Price was competitive. Delivery came on time (8 weeks from manufacturer to store). And the pieces have held up well with daily use. I’m happy to have supported a local family owned store and Made in America furniture manufacturing.
