This store continues to be awful. No one will help you. Know one knows where anything is. Their website never matches up with the store. I wish they would close down.
DO NOT PURCHASE MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM LOWES OR THIS STORE. I purchased a refrigerator which stopped working. The manufacturer told me to contact Lowes which I did and was told someone would reach out to assist me. No one did. Lowes clearly does not stand behind the products they sell. I will never make a large purchase at Lowes again and will be closing my Lowes credit account and never stepping foot in this store again.

The 6 pack of Scotch blue 1.88 inch painter's tape was $ 4 cheaper than at the orange store. Quickly in and out.

Its Lowes, huge selection, friendly staff, and a large store to browse and walk about.
Easy to find what your looking for and if not theres usually an associate nearby to help ~
Garden center is always good for a selection on flowers/plants.. well kept.

These types of stores are never great, but this one is below average. I usually buy wood from these stores as I do not have much of an alternative, and I must say the wood at this store in particular is always exceptionally bad. I was digging through a wood pile looking for a usable piece and two employees interrupted me to put unusable returned wood on top of the pile. It was so stupid it was comical. They actually made me wait and did not seem to think that what the were doing was ridiculous. This is no place to buy wood.

First time at this Lowe’s and the nice lady in the pro checkout line was a delight. I wish that I remembered her name. I hope that she got a great frozen Coke at lunch.

Large Store with a small town hardware attitude. It doesn't matter what project you're working on. There's always an employee who makes time to help you make the right decisions. Excellent service every time I go there. From the moment I walked into the store to getting checked out by friendly, knowledgeable cashiers.

Tried to send my crew in to buy nails go to phone order counter and the lady is rude stating we need to call in a pay. Manager Kayla no help says we need to call in an pay.
Every Lowes that we’ve ever been too cashier calls to verify right number and to collect payment info.
Understaffed under trained 0 for customer service and trying to get us in an out to the job site.

An elderly gentleman employee directed me to the aisle in which I found what I was looking for. Very friendly, polite and informative. A+ for him!

Needed something from plumbing and it was just one employee to help with what I needed and he was out to lunch..Seen some employees not doing what they needed to do..If I was to work there I won’t be working hard just like them..payed for nothing..

We have a mower we bought in cranberry. It's no good at all, bad design, bag falls off, don't hold grass. Well anyways the lady working at the return desk would not let us take it back? At first she said we couldnt take it back. Then she said we had to take it to cranberry where we originally purchased it. Well we took it back to cranberry and they gave us our money with no issue. Cranberry told us to call and file a complaint. Because we just had to drive 40 minutes almost out of the way. We live down in freedom. Just wondering why she wouldn't let us take it back!
