Stopped in last night to make a purchase. Employees were too busy carrying on a personal conversation to process my transaction. I went elsewhere to make my purchase, and will do so next time I need tools.

They are particularly helpful there above other HF's. They had a freak there that could help at all and was horrible to look at. I think "its" finally gone though. Rest of staff especially the M

Great place to check first before going to Lowe's, home Depot, or Walmart. Prices usually more reasonable. I always discover something I didn't see the last time I visited.

This store has the worst manager and supervisor I had ever been in contact with. I tried to return some tools and she accused me of everything that she could have but what I needed to do. She had such a nasty attitude to her. I didn’t think a manager should ever treat a customer like that.. I was planning on spending double the amount of money of what I was returning. On top of that, she was talking down on the tools that her store sells (that I was trying to return). I will never return to this store for as long as she is there. I don’t care how bad I need something. I’d rather go to Walmart if they have it
