Inside scoop:Employees continue to scatter various pills everywhere, and give little attention to sanitation. Prep stations are dirty beyond sin, no hand-washing policy. I would rather lick the bottom of my shoe 4x a day than take meds prepared here.Don't be fooled by corporate propaganda, this place is probably the worst pharmacy anyone could ask to get their meds from, even illegal drug dealers have better standards than this place.For the small convenience of pill packs, you're potentially eating untold amounts of germs.

I would give Select RX zero stars if it were possible. I changed to them 2 months ago at the suggestion of my health insurance. They asked me to call all my doctors and my pharmacy to tell them I changed my pharmacy to them. I've done this more than once. In the meantime they have sent me TWO PARTIAL RXs and that is it! I've been off my mental health meds for over 2 weeks and I have gotten ahold of them 3 times and each time they promise it will be here "tomorrow". I just told her I'm on the verge of suicidal and all she said was "it should be there tomorrow". I will NEVER recommend them!

Last month never received my meds. November 11th. Again no meds! This place is not good. Do yourself or your love one a don't Don't Believe what they say . Been out of blood pressure and heart meds 2 days.

I moved and have not received my Meds in 2 months. I think it's time for a Lawsuit. I trusted this company and they have FAILED TERRIBLY.

I am an owner of an independent pharmacy in Florida, and this company has some way of accessing our patient's records. They are trying to call patients that reside here, see doctors locally to switch to them. They are so convincing with these patients without letting the patients know they will try and transfer their all their medications to them. What will our patients do if you pill pack without a certain medication thats out of refills? Will you be filling out of state controlled medications? Do you have some type of connection with the insurance to get the patient's medication lists without their knowledge? Please advise as I have tried and called to get these answers!

This is the worst pharmacy! To start they made me go without my necessary medications for 4 weeks. Didn't answer calls and if they did it would be about 4 days to a week later. Never had any of my medications I was prescribed so I had to play the go see your old pharmacy and when I did I was told Select Rx called them to be sure meds weren't filled at my local location. I continually was running out of meds with no answers or return calls what if anything would be the resolution. Almost got the run around, ignored or outright denied any solutions or answers when meds were out or needed refills. Was told for weeks they were working on it or didn't have the medications I needed. I was left to suffer without my prescribed medications. Months pass and meds are never received or only once did I get medications in all these months if them forcing me to suffer without meds while they gave me the run around. Or when I asked not to sent a medication due to I had so many from a past insurance company. They sent extra just so they could get paid. Scamming my benefit providers out of funds that were unnecessary to be sent. Anyone considering joing Select Rx. Do yourself a huge favor and what's best for your well being and DO NOT JOIN Select Rx!

My mom never received her meds and called numerous time and just got the run around today is the 23rd meds ended on the 6th of the month that is heart meds and diabetic meds.

They only gave me 23 pills on some meds and not enough with other meds. I'm suppose to get a 90 days supplies of all my prescriptions. This is the second order and I will be looking for another precription mail order service.

You can never get a hold of an actual person. Wait on hold for 15 mins and it sends you to a voicemail that they never call back.

They never send all your med at once in the pack something always on hold or request.. Even life sustaining meds... Never use this service. Athsma med and insulin should always be on time.

Rude and condescending, made my wife cry when trying to get the necessary supplies to finish the meds they delivered. Brought correct amount of meds but not enough of supplies to administer. I would go anywhere but here. If no stars were an option that's what they would have got. Do not recommend.
