You cannot get through to the pharmacy. I was on hold for 49 minutes then it disconnected I called again and was on hold 15 minutes then it went to voicemail. I tried 2 more times and still didn't get through to who I needed to speak with. And I am a provider.

I made a horrible mistake signing up with Select Rx. One of my worst experiences ever. Select Quote owns Select Rx. Select Quote is a life insurance co. that's trying to be Pharmacy Benifits Manager.There is so much that is unacceptable I can't list everything.DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!

I have had no problems with this mail-order pharmacy. My doctor also has had no problem with refills or changes in my medication.

I will give them one star and will reevaluate in time. I was talked into getting scripts by my insurance. No copayments on non narcotics. Which the savings adds up in time. That being said, I was told it was easy and that the mail order pharmacy would take care of notifying and making sure my physicians had the correct information for my scripts to be sent to Select RX. I have never been so stressed out. I have anxiety attacks and PTSD from trauma. I avoid getting involved in stressful situations. They have had me in tears trying to get my medications straightened out. My regular local pharmacy discharged me and will not fill prescriptions locally since going to mail order for only my maintenance medications. You can not talk to the pharmacist or a pharmacy tech. They have non certified people who does not have prescription or pharmaceutical experience. I have spoken to no less than fifteen people who answers the phone. I don’t know if they use an out of country phone center or what but there has been communication issues, they don’t understand what I am asking and I have to keep saying I AM SORRY BUT CAN YOU REPEAT THAT, or excuse me what did you just say. Then when I inquire about my medications they always say there is prescriptions being submitted but they are not there yet, to call back. At this point I am so sorry I made the change

They make taking medications easy by sorting them out in little pouches so you adding have to. I used to spend 30 minutes each week sorting all my medications into a pill tray I surly like this a lot better, I can think of better things to do besides sort out a week’s medication. Thanks SelectRx.

Inside scoop:Employees continue to scatter various pills everywhere, and give little attention to sanitation. Prep stations are dirty beyond sin, no hand-washing policy. I would rather lick the bottom of my shoe 4x a day than take meds prepared here.Don't be fooled by corporate propaganda, this place is probably the worst pharmacy anyone could ask to get their meds from, even illegal drug dealers have better standards than this place.For the small convenience of pill packs, you're potentially eating untold amounts of germs.

I would give Select RX zero stars if it were possible. I changed to them 2 months ago at the suggestion of my health insurance. They asked me to call all my doctors and my pharmacy to tell them I changed my pharmacy to them. I've done this more than once. In the meantime they have sent me TWO PARTIAL RXs and that is it! I've been off my mental health meds for over 2 weeks and I have gotten ahold of them 3 times and each time they promise it will be here "tomorrow". I just told her I'm on the verge of suicidal and all she said was "it should be there tomorrow". I will NEVER recommend them!

Last month never received my meds. November 11th. Again no meds! This place is not good. Do yourself or your love one a don't Don't Believe what they say . Been out of blood pressure and heart meds 2 days.

I moved and have not received my Meds in 2 months. I think it's time for a Lawsuit. I trusted this company and they have FAILED TERRIBLY.
