Went there because I got the Coen card...... Did NOT WORK !! Got NO $ Off , not even PENNIES. No other reason 4 me 2 go. I will go back out to OHIO I guess. The attendant didn't know why either. Nice lady ,though.

My experience there's one lovely cashier and then there's one that needs to be fired. Tall blonde.There was a line of eight people and she didn't want to help her fellow co-worker ring anybody up!!!!! I won't go in there when she's there. She's very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Store was filthy dirty! Employee was very rude as I asked if they could prepare some food and I was told "No, we are short staffed and you cannot get any food". I left and spent $57.86 at Sheetz!

The parking lot must have been designed by an idiot! Always out of fountain soda, cups, lids, and the staff could use a lesson in proper clean clothes, hair and attitude.

Very disappointed in the fact that I made a mistake on my order, in the end I had to pay $7,00 for a cup of mashed potatoes!!! I will never ever be going to the Coen market again and neither will my circle of friends. I made the mistake but I'm 66 years old and my eyes are not what they were. The manager would not meet me halfway on this and told me that you get what is on the ticket. What a upset, they have great chicken but lousy business ethics. I'm done!!!

Getting used to new employees. All seem very nice. One woman helped me to my car since I had my toddler and a case of water. ATM always down. 3 times I went and they didn't have an average selection of cigarettes. That is improving I guess.. hot foods close at 7pm and if u arrive at 7 and they have a whole pizza left out, they told me they have to throw it away and couldn't sell me even 1 piece for my picky toddler who would only eat that that day. Free air for tires is a nice change. The store and pumps are clean and nice looking.

This place is lame. They have decent food but the past four times I've been in here there's no food at all. It's 12:20 in the afternoon and no food. What was the point of that remodel? I work right down the street and would literally eat here four or five days a week but there's never food. It's ridiculous.

Honestly I love this store and I actually visit it almost dailyhowever the other day I was there and I witnessed a manager yelling andreprimanding employees right in front of customers. I was very taken back by her attitude and the way she was treating her employees right in front of customers as if the store was closed.

I didn't catch the name of the associates, but it was was a young lady and her mother, and I'll tell ya what, that was the friendliest gas station crew I've ever encountered.
