I’ve been going to Carl’s automotive for years now. I’ll admit some of the service has been better than others. However, they’ve generally been a reliable competent mechanic for me for a wide range of issues on my car. That’s almost 30 years old. Steve is very knowledgeable of Toyotas and import cars and has done an excellent job for me for many many years, highly recommended

Our car popped up a warning message driving home one day last week. Put the code thingy on and got an issue about the valves not opening all the way. Not being a mechanic, Carl could have told us just about anything. It ended up being very low on oil so they flushed the oil and filled with new oil. Cannot thank them enough for being honest and will certainly go back for more service when needed.

Squeezed me in way quicker than I expected. Took their time with my inspection & gave me a list of the other things recommended but not necessarily "needed" at the time. They left that decision to me. I didn't feel I was treated any differently or taken advantage of, being a woman. Not all garages treat you that well. Highly recommend

Do not take your vehicles to this place. I took two of my vehicles their last year. One of my vehicles needed a light in the rear of the car and I told Steve that immediately when I took the car in to be inspected.
When I picked up the car the rear light was not fixed and he admitt d that he had to charge charge my car the next day because it had no power the next day he was going to work on the car.
Long story short DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. There work is not good and they are expensive.
