“The branch manager was so wonderful, Joe was his name. He was so friendly and helpful. This was the first time I had ever rented a car and I was worried about it and the hidden costs. He made me feel so much better, he was great. Never ever did I think renting a car would be this easy and the car was excellent. We had the best trip. I am very happy that I did business with them and always want to rent a car now for longer drives with enterprise. It makes everything feel easy and carefree. Other businesses were giving me a seriously hard time because I was using a debit card. I couldn't use the places at the airport without having an actual ticket. I was beginning to lose hope, but enterprise took a deposit of $200 and nothing more was needed. Some wanted $500 and a ticket! Over all this was just a great experience and we loved the car.
