625 Auto has been taking care of my family vehicles since 2008. There is literally nowhere else we would go. If you want a loyal mechanic and auto repair company that is customer-centric, knowledgeable, and has an old school business model of personable service from the owner down to the mechanics, look no further. They are authentic and honest and their prices are industry appropriate without the price gouging at dealerships. Despite a change in ownership and names, the quality remains and the people working there, and the owner are sincere and passionate about cars and car care. This place also is the Cheers bar of auto care, where everyone knows your name and cares about you. I love calling and the person on the other line knows me and my vehicle by heart. Even the 'new guy", Casey, who answered the phone, made me feel like I was super important with a quick response to my inquiry. Despite being perhaps a hidden gem, this place is conveniently accessible right on Route 625, very close to Nolde Forest. Check them out!

I have been taking my vehicles to John’s 625 since I moved to the area 5-6 years ago. Having poor experiences at national chain garages and the convenient location of John’s 625 is what drew me there initially, but the value, expertise, and service is what kept me going back since. Their prices are competitive and transparent. I have never been surprise billed for anything and when I price check with other shops in the area they are usually very close or better in price. They offer loaner cars. They are great at communicating progress of the work. They have a texting system that they use to communicate in addition to calling for detailed vehicle report website links, which is surprising for shop this size. All in all, good people to work with.

I was down visiting family for the holidays and had some car issues. I found this shop on Google as the closest to me. Not only did they do an amazing job and get me in but they are also incredibly friendly as knowledgeable. They got the parts needed to fix my issue which turned out to be something a simple minded fellow like myself wouldn't of been able to fix myself.I definitely suggest everyone checking them out and trusting them with your families vehicle! Hands down, the most honest owner anyone could ask for. Well I went to Mavis in Reading to have my 2014 Nissan Altima inspected. I was told my car would not pass inspection because I needed to replace front control arms $1695.00. WHAT??? I explained this to Tony at John’s 625, there was no need to replace the control arms… I was charged the typical inspection rates. QUITE A FINANCIAL DIFFERENCE, DONTCHA THINK!! Thanks Johns for you honesty and professionalism.
