Very lazy delivery woman, I have a table on my porch for packages, she just litterly throws them down on the porch or straight up drops them, some are even marked fragile.

Post office is definitely slower than it should be. Workers less than eager to help someone. Also watch out for the parking enforcement guy. (he looks homeless) as he runs up and preys on a car for dropping a letter off. I couldn't even open my door as he was yelling are you gunna put money in the meter? All while looking at my license plate. I told him I didn't even get out yet, just opened the door. LIKE RELAX wanna be top cop. He should be schooled on how to properly communicate with the public. In no way should he be telling people to put money in the second the door opens.

Have had multiple instances of packages being lost and mail being delivered late from this office. Also witnessed our mail woman on multiple occasions throwing packages from the sidewalks to front doors rather than walking up the steps to place it at the doorway. Worst issue thus far has been watching the woman walk past residences on our block that clearly have mail waiting/flags up if the mailbox isn't directly along the sidewalk. Upon calling the office to correct this, the manager rudely told us that they have no obligation to pick up ANY mail unless they are delivering something that day to said address. And if we didn't like it, we should stop being lazy and use the drop box in town.

I just called to check on notification that I received. After a long time trying to get through, the man who answered the phone was very abrupt and cut me off before I could even finish the question-which was NOT the question he seemed to want to answer. Service like that is the reason use USPS at the absolute minimum. Terrible customer service.
