This is a bright, homey café with a retail section that has cool gourmet food staples like dried Lion's Mane mushroom. I absolutely loved their menu! A good variety of vegan & vegetarian dishes, but also creative versions of meat dishes like a BLT with mozzarella and balsamic and a meatloaf sandwich. Don't skip a bag of homemade cookies at the checkout counter - the oatmeal ones were excellent! I actually went back 10 mins after my first visit just for the cookies lol thank you to the owners for being so lovely!

Ordered a BLT w/ mozzarella and balsamic for lunch. It was ready right on time and the sandwich was delicious. High quality, fresh ingredients.

I made a quick stop on my way down to Harrisburg, and was very pleased I chose Two Owls (come to think of it, I didn't inquire about the origin of the name). The vegan food was tasty and filling. 2 sweet potato empanadas and quinoa bowl (quinoa, marry me chickpeas, steamed broccoli and purple potatoes) made for a good lunch, and even had enough leftover for the drive home. They also had many wonderful things for sale. One thing that wasn't for sale were the painted rocks. I thought they were, but the owner (?) have me the one I picked out anyway, it was meant to be. I find out that it's a tradition in that area to leave such stones on hiking trails for others to find, so I'm my next trip down me and Mako will bring some stones from Rochester to spread on our hikes. Sorry, no picks of the food, I ate that.
Vegetarian options: There were vegan options which were plenty satisfying, more options if you're veg, but the vegan options were fine
Kid-friendliness: Lovely town (too many dogs, my dog got very upset about that), two owls was friendly and inviting

Two Owls catered our wedding this year, and they executed it perfectly. From the start, the staff were very easy to work with and very accommodating. The food was a 10/10 - delicious and beautifully displayed! I would absolutely work with them again!

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the quinoa grain bowl, which features a delightful mix of quinoa, black beans, roasted carrots, and fresh lettuce. The balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette added the perfect touch of tangy flavor. My mom opted for the crack chicken, and she loved it too. Highly recommend this place for a healthy and tasty meal!

Cocoa Tella Bowl, Cowgirl, & Sweet & Savory Sweet Potato ? Empanadas (must try) also a big fan of their Stuffed Peppers ?
Personally haven’t had a Quinoa Bowl but heard good Reviews

The owner of this establishment was publicly bashing people he disagreed with politically. I simply want to go in and eat, not be told that I’m wrong for supporting a particular political party. Why can’t a business just serve everyone without making people feel less than because they have different beliefs. As an elderly man who walks slowly with the help of a walker, I simply wanted a safe place to eat and not hear a political speech and be told that I’m evil. I guess I’ll just stay at home and have a tuna fish sandwich and soup and watch my stories on the television. I feel safer here but more isolated. Why do people have to be mean to everyone?

A must stop! Made a quick lunch break here and it was perfect. Very friendly, delicious food, fresh, local, vegan, vegetarian options too! Mac&cheese, pulled pork, local salmon, delicious fresh smoothies and very cute market goods for gifts! ALSO- best brownies ever- great price and weighs like 2lbs ?

Great little market, happy to have them in Milton! They have a number of pre-made/ready to cook meals as well as local produce and other fresh goods. However, special shoutout goes to their takeout food! Their sandwiches/cowboy bowls are absolutely delicious (you can order on DoorDash!). The owners are also lovely people.

Delicious takeout that is healthy, locally sourced, and reasonably priced! Portion sizes are pretty filling as well. Their website was a little unclear on what their current options for protein and vegetables were - I called ahead to clarify and they were friendly and helpful. We ordered the BBQ Mac and cheese, and it was so good! So much better and cheaper than getting it from a chain! We also had an empanada and a smoothie bowl that were very good!

Went there with a group of friends. We had sandwiches, and everyone was pleased with their choice. I had a salmon burger, and it was perfect. There are other items for sale, too. Spices, some produce, baked goods and other things. Highly recommend!
