“I been here a year. I have not had a issue yet. Yes there's cameras but eventually every trucking company will have them. The hourly pay is the top benefit. Same pay rate for everything, breakdowns, loading/unloading. I don't get paid a lower hourly rate when in the shop, just may not get 14 hours paid for. I believe it's around 8 or 10 hours. Yes some trucks may be older but your hourly pay, not chasing miles, and in my experience it gets fixed or I don't drive whether its the truck or trailer doesnt matter. It's my CDL not theirs and any issues I've had, have got taken care of.”
