The pharmacy department dropped the barrier wall as I was Walking up to it to pick up a Prescription I even yelled through the wall as it was coming down what time do you reopen and someone yelled out from behind the screen 2 o'clock. That is piss poor customer service not everybody can stand around waiting for you to reopen

I don’t usually ever leave a negative review but this has been a reoccurring situation every time I am picking up a next day photo or some sort of print. The older ladies who work the cashier are always extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I’m sure it’s partially to me being half their age and them thinking they can speak to me like they do.The last 3 times I’ve gone to pick up a photo or some sort of print they have been extremely rude and snarky when I cannot give them exact dimensions of the envelope or box that the print or item in receiving comes in. Almost like that it is my job to tell them where to look and find my order. I have no problem being patient in waiting on them to find it but seems as though it’s a burden for them to look for my name/order. The older woman with white hair today was my final straw in how she was talking to me. I regrettably snapped back at her after listening to her snarky comments and then all of sudden she was the nicest person in the world.

I don't understand why the Watsontown CVS was closed. Now we are using the Milton store and it is a sad comparison. The staff seems to be rude and disinterested in the job. I called at 1:27pm on a Wednesday and the pharmacy hung up on me 3 times. Then I got a recording saying the pharmacy was closed until 2pm. Do they all hold hands to eat? Maybe they can stagger their lunch to better serve the customers. The staff is less than what I would expect from people who have to distribute medical supplies. I guess we should look into getting our medical needs somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would these people are incompetent, unprofessional, and can't refill a simple prescription for those that need it most. They are BYFAR THE WORST pharmacy I've ever used. Get better and try again with less than a paycheck on your mind.

This pharmacy and store is pretty good and well organized. They have plenty staff at the pharmacy during busy times so that nobody has a long waiting time for pickups. Today, Hannah helped me and she's always so nice (other staff is too) but Hannah is my favorite pharmacist of all time, just because of her empathy and compassion. She's always been attentive, patient, and kind each time I've gone there and she assisted me with medication. Today, I needed to pick up an antibiotic and and inhaler, and she greeted me with a smile as always and was so friendly. I asked her if she had any tissue because my nose was a little runny and hurried to get me a box of tissues. I realized I folded the tissue in my pocket after using it because I didn't see a trash can, and I didn't even want to throw the tissue away when I got back to the house, because that's how much her kindness meant to me today. She doesn't even understand how much I've been going through as a young black man that has moved into an area where I'm not always made to feel welcomed. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you Hannah for being so genuinely kind and I hope that the boss sees this review and gives you a raise :) may God bless you all for doing a great job, helping the sick, like Jesus did. #Hugs & #LoveSincerely,Jonathan L.

Well, 2 separate times during a week to get push pins, but they had no normal/clear push pins, so I was forced to buy "decorative" push pins for an exorbitant amount. Something like $7 for 24 measley push pins. Wasn't happy about that. Most prices in any CVS are a bit much for the same products you can get somewhere else. Unless youre in a pinch I wouldn't shop there unless you're solely going for just prescriptions. Over all the staff was friendly and store clean, but that doesn't make up for the cost you pay to shop there.

Had exposure to COVID and symptoms. Drove 35 miles to get here because CVS advertised a rapid test was available so I can get back to work asap. NO RAPID TESTS AVAILABLE HERE. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TESTING AND VACCINATING IN PA BY THE GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN A DISASTER. NOW CVS HAS A PART IN IT. FRUSTRATING BEYOND BELIEF.
