“This store is your typical general store in the fact it has a little bits of everything. They have candy, whoopie pies, homemade soap, things for the kitchen, raw honey, toys etc. Actually too much to list. Very pleasant people working there. While in the area for the first time we actually went and bough things several times. Off the main road in the farmland. Had a nice quaint feel to it. If I were ever in the area again I would be sure to stop in.”

“Great people, best place to get your dinner menu supplies, in the reedsville/milroy area,unless you grow your own, but then again Ron's IGA Has a good snacks, breakfast &lunch sandwiches plus everything you need to for a party "alcoholic beverages not sure about " but the freshest cuts of beef, pork and chicken”

“Wow! I have been camping in the area for 12 years and have NEVER noticed this store until today. I usually drive 20 minutes to Homan's General Store for good sandwiches, but no more! I'm currently enjoying a delicious hoagie from West End, my new favorite sandwich shop. So so good. Friendly employees, clean store, good selection of drinks and snacks. Love your store.”

“Prices are cheaper than Walmat. It's organized, and clean. Nice deli, Fresh meats, and veggies with all the in betweens of pet, household, and hygiene products. Good deals and good mark downs. Also they do Western Union. Please Also know- it seems to be the only grocery store in Lewistown,Pennsylvania besides Walmart. ??”

“Very helpful customer service from Rose the owner. Came for help with poison ivy rash - she knew exactly where to direct me & even had a big book of herbs & their medicinal properties. She opened it up & found everything we needed to know, although am confident that she already knows much about the herbs & their medicinal properties - it was extra confirmation with the book!She sent me off with a nice tincture & after using just one day I felt a huge difference! Had been using many different things to help the rash/inflammation go down & this tincture really worked! Have been getting back to normal in no time, lots of energy!Thanks so much Rose!”

“After talking about this for a decade, they finally built this gas station. You earn points by buying products at Giant, 1 point per $1 spent and then every 100 points you can redeem for .10 off a gallon a gas here. Be aware that points expire fairly fast, I think they only last like a month or two, it will say on your receipt.”
