The website said lobby opened at 9:30, but a sign posted on the window stated opening at10:00am. I got there at 9:45am and the door to the lobby locked. A postal worker unlocked the door to pass some house plants to a friend, but would not let me drop my envelopes in the lobby drop box. She indicated I should put them in the box at the curb. So I waited the 15 minutes to get into the lobby. Why????

Never had a problem here. My stuff is always treated with importance and respect. The young lady working the counter is great and has always gone above and beyond to help me.

The girl that works there is always helpful and knowledge about shipping services and shipping speeds. I’ve seen people be way out of line with her for NO reason and she’s handled it a lot better than 99% of people would.

Lady that works there is just plain nasty. She is the rudest clerk I've ever dealt with. Acted like I was an inconvenience for her.

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. Go somewhere else. The one person there has a terrible attitude. She's always rude and doesn't seem to care about her job. I bust my butt looking for decent work and they hire someone who doesnt have an iota of work ethic or customer service.

Worst branch ever. For starters, the female worker doesn't acknowledge your existence, is not friendly at all, and is the definition of rude. On top of that, they close for an hour and then reopen. I think that's redicules and irritating. Service is unreliable and painfully slow. I went to buy a stamp to mail receipts to Lowes, the worker was unfriendly and rude. I wouldn't go to this branch if I were you. Save yourself a trip to hell.

Don’t just drop off prepaid packages here. Make sure it get scanned into the system or it might disappear. Drop off my old phone for trade in. Phone company never got it. Never entered tracking system. Then I get notifications from a ton of apps being locked from “someone” entering wrong password too many times.

i have to agree with the prior post. on january 25th, the female clerk working there was incredibly rude and would make customers wait while she chatted on the phone.

I rarely stop in here since I live the other side of town but I did 2 days ago. its small inside and not enough parking outside unless its during working hours when everyone else is at work since its on street parking. At times they do have a slight attitude but not the day I was here.

Rude as heck. Female doesn't address your presence, just looks at you. Messed up the postage too, got returned to me. Should be closed down. She should be fired.

Aside from the girl not wearing a mask (she’s the only one that’s there, not a huge deal) but if WE are having a conversation why are you staring at your phone? Luckily I only have to use this post office for one more month ??♀️

It is not a large post office but they keep it clean. It has friendly people who wait on you.They deserve to eat too and sometimes they need to have a break from grouchy customers. If you are not happy with what they do, I suggest you find another post office.
