Decent facilities. Not bad for a small concert. I'm not a big venue kinda person so I loved that it was pretty intimate

Wow, I have not been here in 20 years. It is amazing what you have done with the place. Great venue and an almost perfect experience. The lady checking IDs at the Grateful Shred concert was extremely rude. After flipping out and yelling at her coworker she was extremely short and nasty with us and the people behind us (and probably more, I got away from her ASAP). I know people can have a bad day but she was just vile. Perhaps your front office people should be a bit better. I felt so embarrassed for the poor girl handing out flyers.

Pretty disappointed. Had planned to take my veteran father to his first concert here. Due to PTSD he has a hard enough time even coming to the city let alone huge crowds. So I splurged and got us balcony seats. I reached out to the venue to Mark to reserve specific seats as soon as I bought my tickets. Never heard one word back. Reached out again-silence. Then I find out the show is rescheduled. My father could no longer come. Reached out to find out if the return process was doable. So I basically handed the venue $90+ I didn’t really have. Safe to say I won’t be doing that again. So thanks again Mark.

Went into the cafe for coffee and a quick bite. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. Very nice place to visit and had a great patio area. Coffee was fantastic and the menu was varied with lots of great options. Will definitely be back.

Awesome venue. They bring in good acts, the staff and security are awesome , bar prices are reasonable and just the venue itself is freaking rad.

Very neat older church building. Really no parking but glad we went early. Very small venue but we were able to get super close to the band.

Yesterday was my second time at this venue. I do love that it's in a church but I think it's lacking in so many ways.1) Parking is horrible. If you aren't hours early you'll never get a close spot. We ended up parking a 10 minute walk from the location.2) Once at venue you'll wait outside in the elements. Plus one time we waited around the front of the venue but this time we waited on the steep side street. No one directs the lines outside.3) Lines are so long because;A. Security is happening hereB. Checking tickets after thatC. Next check ID to drinkD. Merch is set up right there so people stop in front of everyone to look - blocking and slowing down the flow.4) I think inside the venue is ugly. You'd think an old church would be beautiful and interesting, but it's not.5) Sound is incredible in here. I never was confused about what was being said. Everything was clear.6) Leaving is just as intense as coming in. Going out the same way you entered but getting stuck (again) in the section with merch and people looking.

This is a pretty cool venue for a concert. The standing only, festival, barroom atmosphere is fun for a good show but isn't very good for my wife who is just under 5 feet tall. She couldn't see much of the show even though we were near the front. They offer a variety of adult beverages and soft drinks. Their beer selection is pretty limited but they offer free water.

This is my absolute favorite venue. I love it. It is my home away from home. Also, they have made so many renovations to the property since my first visit in 2007, its insane. They actually put money back into the place to make it better. It is my special place. I will patronize this venue until either they close, or i die.

Mr Smalls Theatre and Cafe is absolutely amazing. My best friend and I were there for Dance with the Dead and Beast in Black and it was way better than I imagined. Tickets are reasonable and drink prices are not bad either. It's worth a night out.

What a great venue! Highly recommend upgrading to balcony! We had a great view of the stage, it's way less crowded, the food was good. Wish we had a place like this in Cleveland!

Honestly after COVID ricldiculousess we said we would never return to this venue, but lately they have hosted every band we want to see that comes to town. The restrooms are normally clean though and the ceilings are high so it's not as claustrophobic as enclave I don't think. Nothing better than your favorite music in your own backyard - can't wait for New years Eve!! Also def better than the roxian times 1200 so it's moving up the list to be one of the best venues in the city!!

Everyone who was working that night was awesome. I had a great time and will plan on attending many more fun functions at Mr. Smalls Theatre. Parking was real easy as long as you respect the residents of Millvale. Millvale is pretty much a residential area with street style parking available. The area is family style safe.

I originally heard about this place in my teens because a band I liked back then played the venue a lot. It took me nearly 20 years to finally visit this place and I loved it. The views are very good due to the place being a smaller venue. They have 2 bars in the actual theater area. I believe they have a cafe on site but we did not check this out. The merch tables and bathrooms are right when you enter the venue. I highly recommend getting to your event early because the parking is all street parking. It can be a little hectic because the people who live in the area also park in the street. It is actually parking on the curb/sidewalk. Unsure why this is but everyone parks half there car on the actual sidewalks.
