I used to go to the market a few times a week and spend a lot of money here. Unfortunately over time, the products I liked and kind employee faces started to dwindle out. I figured I could at least still get the fresh food and sandwiches I liked, but now they changed all of that again too and I can't get the things I like. I was really excited when this place opened, but now I find myself going in less and less. In the last 6 months, things have really been different and about 90% of the things I used to go to this market for are no longer here. Aside from Dave, employees no longer make this shopping experience feel community-oriented or welcoming.

I was so excited when this place first opened being a worker in the area with not a lot of places for healthy quick bites and for a while the service and staff was so kind and there were always good options but the last two times I’ve gone I’ve been met with so much rudeness even after being so kind and this last time just now basically turned away for business when trying to order a sandwich I was met with a brash well it’s going to be a half hour and they were out of what I wanted which is fine but they clearly didn’t want my business and frankly I don’t think I’ll return I didn’t even get a hello or a chance to say how are you just what do you want basically and then met with such rude rushed behavior.

A wonderful place that fills a long-overlooked gap in the Millvale food scene - actual groceries! Fresh produce! Really well-curated selection of local and small-producer goods *and* everyday household staples. Every time I'm there I find a fun new thing to try & add it to my basket. The staff are reliably friendly and enthusiastic about what they're doing - ask them for recommendations and what's new and you won't be steered wrong. Also, don't sleep on the sandwich and coffee program. Terrific espresso drinks that you can order and wander around with while you browse/shop. An asset to the community, my only wish is that it wasn't a 30 minute drive for me! Would love something similar in my neighborhood.

This place has declined substantially. We used to come here all the time since we live up the street, but now I wouldn't give them a penny. Rudest interaction ever, the last time I went in to try to order a latte. The guy acted like I was insane for even coming in and attempting to order something. Would highly recommend choosing somewhere else.

The best market run by the best people! I always find everything I need (and more) for my weekly grocery haul. Their coffee and sandwiches are delicious, and I love that they offer such high-quality gluten-free options. Plus, the owners and market staff are super kind and helpful. Love this place!

Update 2/9/24: I used to love this place. However, the last few times I have gone there, I have been extremely disappointed. A few months ago I bought a pricey lemon pound cake (which I've had and loved before) and it was stale and dry. Today I decided to give them another shot and the latte I ordered was barely lukewarm. Spending $5+ on a poorly made latte is disappointing. The quality has really gone down. Makes me sad. The staff are all still really friendly though.Original Post: This place is the best! Has a nice variety and the staff are all really friendly.

I absolutely adore this place. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and it’s so convenient to walk across our little neighborhood to pick up a couple of high quality grocery items. Places like this are what makes Millvale so great.

Fresh produce. Dairy and refrigerated options available. Fresh coffee, made to order sandwiches, pastries and bakery items made daily. Nice little corner store. Accepts EBT/SNAP.

What a nice surprise to find a place where you can buy home cooked meals that are healthy. I was really impressed with the entire store and the staff in general.

Please never leave!Part of the reason I'm moving to Millvale from the city, Builds a community and all the products are amazing! Also great food/coffee. Would just recommend some more seating to make it more of a "third place", and to just be open alittle later on Fri/Sat.

Great to have a little grocery store with a nice selection of high quality, local products. Pitaland hummus and pita breads, nice selection of sandwiches made fresh. Definitely worth stopping in.
