Mark went out of his way to fix our work truck without a appointment because it wasn't safe to drive. Also took the time to figure out our trailer lights so they worked properly as well. Would definitely recommend this place for all your automotive problems.

Accidentally locked my keys in my truck. These guys promptly stopped what they were doing to come assist. Honest, personable, and a garage I would not hesitate to do business with in the future.

This is a fantastic auto service business. Mark is unbeatable! Tremendous spirit. My car had a serious problem while driving thru Millheim. I live in Salem, Ohio. As we were traveling in from South Jersey 200 miles away, the clamp holding my muffler with the catalytic converter broke on my truck, resulting in very loud rumbling (especially when pulling a camper). I did a search for local auto repair shops and Kuppel's came up. I gave them a call and asked if they would be able to look at it, as I wanted to make sure it was still safe to drive. Despite them being very busy, they told me to bring it over to have it looked at. They were able to get it fixed in 20 minutes. Very much appreciated!!

These guys did a great job painting my car. Prices aren't as cheap as they are down south but the craftsmen ship speaks for itself. Bret in the body shop is friendly and willing to work with what you got. I've dealt with body shops my whole life in Florida, good shops like these are hard to find.

Would give them 10 stars if allowed. Arrived in Millheim on a Sunday with a slow leak in a tire that was flat by Monday morning. Wheel bolts wouldn't budge, so couldn't put on the spare. Long story short, within the hour they had come to my car, filled the tire with air and I drove it to the shop. They plugged the leak and I was back in business. Charged $10. Amazing. Thank you Mark and Kuppel's. I will be back in the area and based on my track record with flat tires in Happy Valley, I'll be seeing you again.Service: Tires

Honest. Knowledgeable. Integrity.
Years ago I used Kuppel’s. They always did good work. When I moved away I had to find alternative garages and started going to a dealership. In September 2020 I went to my dealership for my inspection, they told me I had torn bushings on my control arms and quoted me well over $1,000. I delayed and took it to Kuppel’s to have the work done - better pricing and I love supporting local. When they checked my car, the bushings were fine!!! Thank goodness I had them check it and a huge shoutout to HONEST people!!! They showed true integrity and saved me a pile of money!
