Walked in... Trash all over counters and floors. No straws for sodas and no signage to notify customers...had to ask cashier. Receipt printer at MTO order machine down...

If i could give zero stars I would. As someone with years of experience working in customer service myself, I kinda thought I'd seen everything. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had at this location. Myself and a few friends ordered food and were standing by the pickup area. The woman handing out food decided we shouldn't be allowed to do that told us to go to the dining area or to get out. So thank you random sheetz lady, you've immediately improved my experience at any other business because I don't think anyone else would be that needlessly rude to paying customers. Also this happened on 4/25/24 at around 11:30 pm. So if the owner reads this you might know who did this and be able to correct her behavior.

Food wasn’t bad but fries were forgotten and food was clearly rushed, used to love this Sheetz but definitely been going downhill lately

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which wasn't half bad, although it didn't quite reach the heights of a restaurant burger. But let me tell you, the price tag is something else! I spent $17.50 for that burger and a milkshake, and guess what? It wasn't even from a restaurant—it was just a gas station burger! And don't even get me started on the waiting time. I could have written a novel in the time it took them to prepare my meal! It was like they were back there crafting a masterpiece or something.

I ordered food through the mobile app, which most people consider as skipping the line and the waiting. So the app tells me pick up is a 60 minute wait. I'm like okay, taking in consideration it's a Saturday night, drunks getting food, people from parties getting food, etc. The app says pick up time is 2:26 am. At 2:27 am, I ask the guy behind the counter about my order. He says it not ready yet, we'll call your name when its ready. The place was packed, the employees were calling out numbers (which means the order was placed in store) but no names (which would be online or mobile app orders). I'm standing there waiting, at approximately 2:50 am I go to the register to cancel my order and get a refund. So after venting on the clerk, he checks and my order is on the mobile app pick up rack. I advised him they didn't call my name because I was standing there the whole time waiting. So I waited an hour and a half. I got it home, which I literally live 2 minutes away. I ordered a 2 meat platter. The portions of the 2 meats were equivalent to one regular portion, if that, and my food was cold. There is absolutely no reason for this.

This place is unreal. I stop at this location alot. Half the time you cant get coffee on a Sunday night cause they gotta clean the coffee machines at the same time. Go in on a Saturday night and you can stand and watch the college kids steal beer from the beer cooler and some don't even try to hide it. I go in today at 1 am order a chicken sandwich with double meat and cheese. I get home and open the sandwich to see this. Charge you all kinds of money for a sandwich to turn around and screw you.

This is a beautiful Sheetz location. The parking lot is easy to pull into, and I’ve never had any issue finding a parking spot. The store is clean and very well upkept. It’s quick and easy using the made to order screen and the food is delicious. The self checkout process is the fastest and easiest self checkout I’ve ever used.

Charged me a lot of money for a app sampler, and there was barely anything in it for the amount of money I paid. I use to get more for my money.. I have been going to this sheetz since they opened

When you guys are sending milkshakes for delivery, it comes completely open on the top. Driver can spit in it put his finger and no one would ever know. Otherwise I love Sheetz.

They put a $100 hold on my account for a few bucks of gas when I was topping off. Do not get gas here!!
