“THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!I live in upstate NY and unfortunately I have someone in a recovery facility about 10 miles away from this Shoppe. I needed to somehow get some vapes to my loved one as they’re no longer allowed to be shipped via any source. I called and without hesitation was assured by an incredible man named Setty who said that he would help me and also deliver it to the facility immediately. I have got to say this man went above and beyond for me without anything but positive and heartfelt feeling for my situation. “I stopped at the Pipe Rack during a work trip last summer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of hard to find or otherwise sold out pipe tobacco, like Carolina Red Flake, and at good prices. Dave was wonderfully accommodating and knowledgeable, particularly with recommending new (to me) tobaccos. He introduced me to the world of Mac Baren. I look forward to stopping here on my next trip to Philly!”

“I am disabled and use a wheelchair, when Sam sees me coming, he comes right to the door and opens it for me, he is such a nice person. He always has what I need and if I have any questions about rolling my own cigarettes he knows all the answers. And in bad weather I cannot take the buses with my wheelchair so I call ahead and order what I need and I have my friend pick everything up for me. Sam always has everything ready and once he even stayed open late to wait for my friend to pick my bag up. If you hadn't tried to smoke shop before please give it a try I guarantee you'll be very happy. Thank you for reading my review God bless”

“I go here to purchase cigarettes by the carton for my grandmother. I appreciate that I can always expect the same service when I go. Keep it sweet short and simple!I only found out about the second location the same day it closed down (go figure) but this location is convenient enough. A different location outside of the city with better parking wouldn't hurt though!”
