I don't know the female that works there but she is rude as hell Im disabled my cousin was going there to get my cigarettes I called to ask how much they cost she puts me on hold for 45 minutes I can hear her laughing and joking in the background I finally hang up and tried to call back for 4 hours and the phone was off the hook I'm taking my business elsewhere just plain ridiculous

They are always miserable and pushy. Try to hurry you like they have somewhere to go. Only go there when the other smoke shop is closed.

This ain’t it. First I bought a vape pen for $25 ⬅️ that lasted literally bout 2 days. Ask how much da 4-pack Dutch masters packs are, told $5.67. I get em elsewhere for $5. Never comin back to dis hole in the wall shop

I go here to purchase cigarettes by the carton for my grandmother. I appreciate that I can always expect the same service when I go. Keep it sweet short and simple!I only found out about the second location the same day it closed down (go figure) but this location is convenient enough. A different location outside of the city with better parking wouldn't hurt though!

I like this stores prices and their stock but I'll no longer be going. The cashier there is extremely rude. I don't see how all these people say that she's professional and great. If we are taking about the same person, older woman with glasses then there's no way. However I do see that she gives different treatment to some. I've had enough of her rudeness. Yall can have her and that store.

1st they don't accept cash app to pay for your items. 2nd their cigarettes aren't the real cigarettes. Basically it's like buying from a smoke shop that has Virginia sales tax stickers on the bottom of your pack of cigarettes. 8$-$10 a pack. NEWPORTS in particular. Alot of old merchandise on the shelves untouched for years I presume. On top of all that I couldn't bring my $1000 electric bike inside the store. I had to locked it up outside just to purchase 1 item. The store was empty and the female clerk insisted that her boss wouldn't allow it. I beg to to differ. I bring my bike into every store I go into. Unless I going to be there for a lengthy amount of time. They didn't want to give a bag with the purchases. Every since the COVID pandemic businesses small and large has fallen off from having good customer service to not have the items you need at a fair, decent price. Everything is sky high in terms of the amount you have to pay for lacklustered products across the USA.
