I came in to investigate our families account and see if there was new options available for my grandmothers concern. I spoke and worked with Cody who was incredibly patient. He informed me that we were on an old account setup and gave me all the information to relay to her over the phone. I then called her and provided all the info of what we had, she had more questions and Cody did everything but take the phone and speak to her himself in answering her concerns. In the end she went from wanting to change our provider to paying off 2 phones, swapping us to an unlimited plan, decreasing our bill and upgrading our third phone to an s23+ with several accessories.Keeping a 5 because the customer service was so good, but I was incredibly unhappy that Verizon forces a 40 dollar transfer fee from devices when they upgrade.

Other reviews aren't lying. These folks were downright rude. The one woman was arguing with my wife about her phone, the thing didn't work, there was nothing to argue about. If you're a Verizon customer or would like to become one, try a different location hope its different employees.

Worst experience I’ve had in a cell phone store, i was met with attitude and judgment as soon as I walked in. They did not help me and honestly seemed to not want me there. Will never go back, cricket was next door. They took care of me 10 times better than Verizon ever has and their service is better.

I’ve had some mixed experiences with this Verizon store over the years but Kate worked with me today to upgrade my phone and she was phenomenal. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The process felt like it was done in no time at all. Truly great service.
