I waited an hour for Mac and cheese. Put more people on the night shift. And people who know how to do their job. The woman was more concerned about telling people about the 2 hour long wait than making the food. Almost seemed like she was trying to keep people from ordering food.i ordered my food at 10:31 and got it at 11:40. I work in this industry and i understand, but this is absolutely absurd.

Constantly behind even with minimal orders. Consistently 20 minutes later than projected from the app and they forget sauces. Cmon It's chef Mike and fast food do better.

I have been to plenty of Sheetz over the year's in my Travels in Pennsylvania and Ohio. I think each is one is trying to out do the previous one with an epic disastrous visit.
I stopped in to this Sheetz on Saturday to get a full tank of gas and some snacks for the trip home. I also used the Mens room from hell and I have several questions on what is going on at this location.
(1) Do your employees go outside to relieve themselves? If not and use this Restroom maybe they need to use their vision plan.
The entire restroom looked like a third world country that hadn't seen a clean crew in a week, if I took a picture of this mess people would think it was stolen off the Internet.
I think I might need to get a Hepatitis test this week it was that bad.

Gas prices , convenience store prices are ok. But the cleanliness of the store is poor. We visited on July long weekend timeframe , the restroom trashes are all over room. Not sure if there is a labour shortage during the period. Apart from that this store is in nice location.

Sub (MTO) was good, but store looked like a bomb went off. A lot of empty shelves. Only short straws that don't reach to bottom of large drinks. Been to many Sheetz and are almost immaculately clean.

For the second time when stopping to order food within the last month it was a 45-60 minute wait. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a place that should be a quick stop for food. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or lack of experience that is the problem. When stopping late at night and there are no other food options open in the area, it's very disappointing. Do better!

This location gas gone into the trash. 30 plus minute wait for food. Cause you have extra help back in the back not doing anything. Ones making the food have to call back for someone to come out and check the customers out. Maybe time for an overhaul on the management that's in place

Consistently long wait times for food. I've modified my order from this particular store knowing anything but the simplest of orders will take 30 minutes. Down to strictly cold brew from these guys and I'm still waiting like crazy. Staff seem friendly and apologetic but obviously some changes need to be made.

Customer service is suffering with the edition of the hard to use self checkout lanes also I keep getting undercooked food or crusted crumbs instead of boneless bites and they take forever now this place sucks without Deb Steve or camay

On 3 occasions now I have ordered food and had it made grossly wrong but also had it taken well over half an hour each time. The employees allow the lobby to get absolutely disgusting especially by the soda machines also walking out to grab a drink even when they have orders to fulfill. I have worked in fast food and I consider sheetz food to be fast food so I have no understanding for why the store is repulsive, and I still don’t get my food in a timely fashion. I would understand if they took the time to clean in between orders but not even the managers there do work, only pacing at the front counter even when no one is there to check out.

5 star for Jordan the night supervisor an absolute sweetheart she helped me and my sisters out so much when the milkshake machine stopped working.

Every time you order through the app they will make you wait another 20 minutes until your food is cold. You will have to physically ask for you food before they will give it to you. Serious lack of communication at this store
