They always work with my husband and I's schedule, and they go above and beyond with their service.For example, a day before I was scheduled to get my car inspected, my oil light came on. I didn't want to be rude and add an extra service a day before the appointment when we only scheduled for an inspection, so I was just going to schedule a separate time to get my oil changed. During my inspection, Grumpy called and offered to change my oil. I was so appreciative!!!!I will always recommend Grumpys.”

“Couldn't complete the inspection on my car when I dropped it off to have it inspected earlier this month because I didn't have it registered due to suspension of registration hence why I had to get it inspected long story short he didn't make me pay yet and said that it was all ready to go when I had the proof of registration which I do have now and he'll put the sticker on it and I can pay him when he puts a sticker on I said I can pay you now the day he did it and he said no he would wait which was something I wouldn't do for somebody these days so that was very Honorable in my eyes taking time and actually squeezing me in very last minute when he was swamped he said and I believe that and here I am sorry don't have what I need now.. I did get my registration today My suspension is over and I will make good as soon as I can get in contact with somebody which I have tried to reach out already tonight again This speaks volumes to me.”
