I waited a several weeks for JK to find parts for my dishwasher. They contacted me that they were in and said to schedule the repair. When I contacted them a couple days later, they never responded. I texted them, left voicemail, they never wrote me back. Then they blocked my number. So . . . No idea what the issue... read full comment

They are only in when they are available so call and set up a time because shop hours are not always available
