Been to this location 3x since January to close an account as my mother passed. Every time I'm there, nobody is available to close an account. Sure if I said open an account, the 3 tellers that were sitting there would have jumped to help. Will go to another branch to close it and will never use Wells Fargo ever again. Will recommend other banks to people in the future.

The Absolute worst customer service, along with unqualified staff. The branch in Milford for the entire week has NO Manager..Finally because NO ONE could help me obtain checks...I had to close my checking account and go elsewhere...I actually feel sorry for young girl that works there.

I've had nothing but great customer service, and positive attitude! They helped me with any questions I had and showed good patience too. Samantha and Don were wonderful!

Told manager I did not want to discuss why I was annoyed with Wells Fargo, but he pressed it, because he really wanted to help. Really, all he wanted to do was tell me the rules at WF, because he could not, and said he would not, convey to me what I was saying - which means he wasn't listening. The first step in resolution is to listen and understand. Okay asked him if he could convey to me my reason for being annoyed - and he literally said he wouldn't. That is when I become annoyed, and left. Wells Fargo is an annoying bank, that plays the timing to hit you with charges. I will keep it as a convenience, but NEVER make it my main payroll deposit bank.

I dealt with a guy named will today in person, (7/17/21) he's attitude was very unnecessary an very unprofessional, I have my mortgage with this bank for almost 7 years, never once have I had to deal with such a rude person. Then my wife goes up there to open an account he told her she has to make an appointment to open an account an also gives her an attitude. I understand its Saturday and he doesn't want to work, as he sat there doing nothing. If my mortgage wasn't with this bank I would of closed my account today on the spot. No one should have to deal with a tellers attitude... maybe the higher up should have a talk with this rude person. She successfully opened an account at Dime bank, no appointment no problems an no attitude from the teller..

I made an appointment for 10AM for a notary and first stood watching the WF rep at his desk on the phone with some client.I was told to have a seat, that they were "just finishing things up" and I'm still waiting at 10:13AM.I normally go through the drive through and that woman is always super friendly and never a problem, but today this guy made me wait while he got up from his desk and ran around the bank doing his morning chores?? no idea.I've been a WF customer since 2006 and even had a checking account when I was 7 years old in my small California town.

Would give no stars but it won't allow me to do so. My husband and I recently moved to the area(March) and we got to where we were tired of driving 45 min to where we bank normally. So my husband set an appointment to begin an account with them in November. We had talked in length about the possibility of trying to refinance our vehicles here and closing all our old accounts because the bank that was 45 minutes away held both our car notes as well.. The day before I was in the same room as him and heard the woman on the phone confirm our appointment was at 9:30 am. We get there by 10 minutes before 9:00 am the next morning. We walk in at like 9:25 am to have this woman tell us that our appointment was at 9:00 am to which I ask why she didn't call us when we didn't show on our supposed time because we had been in the parking lot the ENTIRE TIME. Mind you I may not have been so aggravated had I not had to switch shifts with someone to do that. It's a little difficult to get us in the same room right now for more than a couple hours. So she said we could start the account online if we wanted and it would be no big deal. Fast forward to this week(holidays kicked in and starting a new bank account was not on my high priority list) My husband starts an account online but it would not let him add me as well, so he made another appointment and I again had to switch shifts with someone. We asked and double checked that everything was okay and good to go up to like a couple hours before we got there. We get there and this guy(didn't get a name because I was keeping my social distance) basically tells us that my husband has to sign some paperwork before he can do account maintenance(aka add me to the account). He won't print it out for him to sign, and tells us we have to wait for it to come in the mail and then he has to sign it and mail it back. I find this a little suspicious because I'm sorry but do we not live in the age of computers where we can email EVERYTHING!?!!?! That's not what really angered me though. My husband goes "You have got to be kidding me. Why did no one call and tell us before we got here?" Guy proceeds to tell us he's been calling a "914 number we have on file" Folks, my husband has not had a 914 number in 6 years. He's also never had a Wells Fargo account before this. Guy said we should have given updated info. He is officially getting snobby and I am getting more and more aggravated. So I speak up about the phone number issue and he gets snappy with me. I then thank him for this bank wasting my time for a second time. Mind you, I am talking calmly to this guy. No cuss words or anything like that. This jerk has the nerve to raise his voice to me about the phone number situation and how he call it and its not his fault my husband didn't give him good info. I just say "I am so done" and walk out the door. He proceeds to raise his voice to my husband and tell him that he will never allow me to be added to the account now. To which my husband tells him "Don't talk to my wife that way. I think you need an attitude adjustment and walks out behind me." Needless to say IF we keep this account, we will be using a different branch. My husband wants to find another bank though. So beware of this jerk whoever he is. I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them.
