Been on hold for over an hour!! This pharmacy is clearly held together by one person and when he is not there it falls apart!! Horrible customer service!!

I called their number and I get an automated operator who says my prescription is ready and reminds me the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2PM. So I drive all the way into town and the pharmacy is closed all day because there was no pharmacist. So I ask why the automated operator didn't tell me. The answer I get is, "We don't have anything to do with the automated operator."
Sure you do. It's who I get when I call the number for this store. How else can I find out the pharmacy is closed?

The cashiers up front are always extremely helpful but it’s a shame that they have miserable people working in the pharmacy. I got all my scripts moved from there recently because I just can’t deal with the snobby attitudes they constantly give customers. It’s been done to me a few times and I’ve always witnessed it happen to an elderly couple. Good customer service goes a long way.

No customer service. Had about 10 people leave before the doors opened then said good morning to the guy at the register with no response. Very rude. One woman in there said good morning. But the People at the pharmacy look miserable. Will not use them again.

They have mirrors and cameras and I always return he shopping basket when I am finished shopping so why the constant reminding? I had witnessed some plain clothed person question another employee about her (said employee with reminder to return the shopping basket) to which the other employee replied: We only put her on...... etc.)

Just started using this pharmacy since we moved to the area and the service is terrible. I just tried to call twice and was hung up on both times, even after waiting on hold for 15 minutes the second time. And it's a matter that can't be dealt with on the app. Missing good old CVS!

Last time 2 weeks ago they held my controlled meds on an "insurance issue" I waited outside on line for over 1hr with 1 pharmacist and 2 techs unable to fill it bc "they're short staffed". There was no insurance issue, they were just short staffed. Today 10/28 my app says my 2 scripts are ready and have been since Thursday but one isn't and I'm completely out. So now I've been sitting on line outside for over 25 minutes and the staff was loud with me after I said I have places to be and my time had value too. So I'm still sitting here bc, again, 1 pharmacist and 2 tech can't do it. I have 2 vehicles behind me cursing me out bc I'm still in line waiting. The pharmacist is here and didn't confirm my name or address for pickup

My husband & i really like this Walgreens. You're Pharmacy staff is always so courteous. The Pharmacist is so pleasant & always goes out of his way to help me. I don't know why the pharmacy is closed @ times. I think you need to look at the situation you have there. Sometimes the pharmacy is closed because they need the staff & they NEED TO BE PAID more. I for one need this Phamacy.

I recently started purchasing my prescriptions from this pharmacy. Experience to date indicates the pharmacist and support staff are attentive, considerate, courteous. Excellent customer mindset so far, thank you.

If you have your hours listed as open at 8am, then open your doors at 8am and when you feel like it.
