Great support! Lowered our bill and got us two new phones for our kids. Plus an upgrade phone for my husband that we didn’t even know about!! Could not have been happier! Personally, prefer in person to over the phone any day!!!

Chris was by far the best customer service rep I have ever had at Verizon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We ended up buying 2 phones and a new plan. He should be acknowledged by the company for his exceptional work.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had in a Verizon store and any phone store in all honesty. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. Got my new phone all set up, Tyler was very informative and very helpful with it. He even went above and beyond and made sure everything was fine even though the store was about to close. If you want a great experience with Verizon and getting a phone set up, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be telling my family and friends, thanks again!

This is our second time having Trevor work for us and he is terrific. I can’t say enough about him. He’s professional. He’s got a great sense of humor and boy is he patient.
And I need to say that, even though Emery didn’t actually wait on us, he is amazingly patient with very difficult customer so he should get the silver star from Verizon.
