Hands-down, the worst post office I have ever experienced. IPackages sit for days yet they can’t find them and quite frankly, they don’t put much effort into finding them. Most of the staff is pleasant, but there is one man in his 50s that works the counter occasionally who is absolutely the rudest nastiest human being, and should never ever be allowed to interact with the public. The paying public. The public that pays his salary.
This place should be closed.

They delivery more excuses than actual mail. Lipservice instead of mail service.

Delivery from Amazon to be delivered on Sunday.. Immediately I know that I am not going to get it. They come up with some BS about obstruction of driveway. I am at home with 1 car in the driveway, driveway is 100' long. If you are too lazy to get out of your damn vehicle to deliver it then maybe you should get a different job. This post office is horrible and everyone in the area knows it. But what else would you expect from anything run by the government. Pathetic.

Why deliver the teeny tiny deck of cards sized box to the empty mailbox when we can just put it back on the truck and make them drive 30 miles?

I had to ship a package to Florida. Since I was in the area , I decided to ship it from this post office. I paid for 2 day shipping. As of today its still in their possession . It has not shipped yet. I would not recommend using this place.

36 years traveling PA for my job, without question the worst PO I've been in.
No parking
* 1 employee working
* Non existent customer service
* 30 minute wait times for a simple book of stamps, why not have a vending machine in 2025?
* Traffic rips in front of PO, risking death
* Place smells of must
We deserve better in America in 2025.

Worst post office ever is actually a compliment cause I can't describe how horrible this particular branch is atrocious..... can hardly deliver packages always a pick up slip which is 20 min away and let's never ever replace broken parcel lockers and govt funded no less ... shame for this dump of a post office

Never seem to get my delivery at home. I live 15 minutes past the post office so I'll get home open my mail box and there will be a slip to pick up BACK at the post office so inconvenient. Also we have a mail carrier here at Gold Key lake 18337 that spends all day blocking all the mail boxes and also is very nasty

Not a single check or letter I have mailed out of Milford in December or January has made it to its destination. I have so many late fees the past two months because of this.

Worst Postal Service. Always losing mail (Federal Documents) or being misplaced. Always have to go down and pick up or intercept mail…. The staff are friendly but when it’s a constant issue I have To give a 1 star Review.

Scheduled a pick up with the instructions to knock on the door for the pickup. I was home all day waiting and later I get an email saying pickup was attempted and no one responded. NO ONE CAME TO THE DOOR AND KNOCKED. MORE LIES FROM MILFORD POST OFFICE

Lost my key from the mail box. Post master told me that I need to wait for at least 2-3 months until key will be changed. Impossible to pick up mails because I work in NYC and not always was able to make on time when post office open. Disgusting attitudes and absolutely not willing to cooperate and listen to customers... One way conversation and showing the power because she works in federal job... I f I could would have her zero stars... Unfortunately can't avoid her. .

Wish I could give it zero stars. Only lived here 3 months and had 2 packages go missing. Pretty sure it's theft because I've had other packages arrive ok, but the 2 that went missing were high value items. Sadly I read the reviews and still took the chance. Guess part of it is my fault. So with that, I warn you.. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH IMPORTANT PACKAGES!!!
