Caucasian Lady (mid-age) particularly around 4:00pm (Monday June 5th 2023) isn’t the most personable person. Can be very rude. I come to this gas station often, and there’s another guy who works there, I want to say he is Indian, is very respectful. She on the other hand is the only employee who will ID me every single time (I am almost 31) no matter how many times a day she sees me. I tried purchasing a pack of cigarettes, which has a 30 cent off manufacturer coupon right on the pack. That pack wouldn’t scan, she scans another pack without the coupon and it comes to regular price. I said what about the coupon? She said “I don’t know take it up with joe.” What the hell? Who is joe? This lady should not be working any customer service job. I will however, change my star from 1 to 2, simple because the other guy is very respectful and won’t ID harass me every single freakin time he sees me. Thanks for reading.

Store is very clean, best prices for cigarettes, lots of snacks,drinks and a few slot machines you can actually win on!! Bobby the manager is always so accommodating proffessional and kind. Great little store for on the go needs. Never have to wait!

Yesterday I authorized $25 for fuel. I got to the pump, and it wasn't there. I came back in and the fellow behind the counter, applied older man (but still younger than me, lol) said I should authorize it again so I can get the fuel and the initial authorization would just be a pending charge and it would go away. He said to come back in if there was any problem. Today, the next day, I came in after seeing it go through and the fellow behind the counter told me they couldn't do anything about it & to contact my bank. Like everyone else, I don't have time for this hassle. I contacted my bank, but only their automated system is working so I'm not holding my breath for resolution. That the retailer said they'd help and then said they can't? One star. I had $25 budgeted for fuel this week not $50.
