I spoke to Paul about what I thought was a circuit board problem; he's the man. Based on his feed back it turned out the problem had nothing to do with the board. I was able to correct the issue with my microwave, after hanging up with him. Paul saved me a load of money with out any incurred charges. He will be the person that I will go to for any future electronic problems. Thanks again Paul.

Great service, clear communication about when parts were coming in and time when he would be available. Very informative on trouble with dryer. I'll definitely call him again for service in the future.

Very friendly and great communication about when parts were coming in and time window of when he would come to fix my dishwasher. Plus Paul fixed it in about 10 minutes. I’d definitely call him again for service!

This guy came to fix my washing machine Had to come back-and-forth 5 times because he didn't know what part was broken so he played trial-and-error 1 week between each visit, and it still don't work then he tells the warranty company that I abused it after I said I don't want him in my house again stay away has no idea what hes doing, he had my wife lifting with him and helping. Yes im mad that's why i'm writting this but i'm honest. Take my advise stay away

Paul was very helpful with dealing with LG to get my dishwasher fixed. He was also prompt in returning calls and for service appointments.
