First trip here we waited 30 minutes on a weekday at noon time , nobody open the office .
Second try Very Bad smell in the rooms
bed ,blankets and pillow also stinks badly

Ants. ants, ants. All over the bathroom and we found two in the bed. My wife got bit in the leg.
Watch out for the front steps as they have a very big lip that caused me trip upon arrival and crash face first into a lawn chair with metal arms. I bled from the nose and both knees. I also bruised both arms.
The room was tiny and one small shelf with barely enough room for two small bags. We asked for a king room and was told none available. It sure seemed like there were lots of vacant cottages. The queen bed was on the hard side and not that comfortable.
Noteworthy details: Ants!! Overly large overhang on steps. Watch out!

Great location . Super clean , friendly staff . My wife really loves it. I would definitely come back . It feels like you're in a cabin with lots of privacy .

Everything was very clean except that the bedspread on the bed apparently was not changed because it had a bad smell of sweat in one part. The concept is very welcoming. We also loved the balcony. Unfortunately I have to mention that the mini blind in the bathroom was missing a line at the bottom and that one faced where the cars were passing by and that made me feel uncomfortable since you could see inside and most importantly there were bed bugs in the bed because the day after I got home I discovered some red spots on my right arm. We didn't complain because apart from that we felt good there and I saw the bites as I said before later. I make these observations so that you can correct them and verify the bed bugs.

It's not the same. Used to go yearly. Last year was the last. Ripped shades with tape to repair. Shower dirty with missing wall tiles. Towel rack hanging off the wall. New owner, never again. Not to mention price increase.

In the middle of an evening thunderstorm we pulled into Milford and found this cute motel. Not a chain but unique rooms with two motel rooms in each small building. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The person who checked us in and again out in the morning was so friendly and able to recommend places to eat to weary travelers.

The people that own the motel we're so welcoming and made you feel right at home. The rooms are very neat and clean and the location is set far enough back from the road where it is peaceful and quiet

Great customer service; cheerful and friendly! I was acknowledged as soon as I opened the door, The cottage was comfy, clean and VERY roomy! The beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend this motel and I, for sure, will book again in the future.

Very pleasant, rustic, old-style motel with cabins, wi'fi, and modern amenities near beautiful, romantic parts of the Poconos by the Delaware Water Gap. Inexpensive, yet clean: with most of the amenities you want from a modern place.
